This morning I thought I would check Amazon.com to see if my July release, Trouble in Paradise, was showing as available yet. To my surprise, it not only is available, but it already has a review posted: "This book was very inspiring, and shows how a person can trust the
Lord in ‘little’ things as well as major things. You won’t regret
reading this one!!"
This is my first mass market paperback with Steeple Hill. My last release from them was trade size. I know from my mass market career in the general market (30 releases) that this new book won’t be available in stores for long. Amazon has increased the shelf life some but not much.
The heroine of this book is an aspiring novelist whose dreams of writing have been deferred while she helped raise her siblings. Staying in the rustic, secluded cabin left to her by an aunt, Shayla believes it’s the perfect spot to write her first novel. Raising another family when her goal may be within her grasp is the last thing she wants, but the ruggedly handsome rancher next door — who is caring for his two adorable nieces — is quickly becoming the first.
