Oh, my. I love this song from Jewel. Anytime the natives of Boise hear someone say “Boy-Zee” we know they are visitors or newcomers. Newscasters come across as idiots when they say Boy-Zee, and I want to say, “Have a little respect. Learn to say it right, for Pete’s sake.” Thanks, Jewel, for passing along this good info about my hometown, including its correct pronunciation.
