During the Christmas holiday, I managed to finish the line edits of How Sweet It Is, the third and final book in the Legacy of Faith series. It is a bittersweet feeling for me as the author, saying farewell to Andrew, Helen, their children, and their descendants. They have been a part of my life for several years now. I hope readers will love both the contemporary romance that takes place in this novel, as well as the season of Andrew’s life that is covered therein.
Although the blurb from the publisher isn’t ready to go (the version that appears on various retailers isn’t accurate because it was written before the book was finished/revised/edited), I am able to share with you an excerpt from the book—the prologue and first chapter. (If you’re interested, you can find excerpts for all of my books on their individual pages. Just look for the button that says “View Book Sample” next to the book cover.)
I hope you’ll be intrigued by the excerpt and want to read more. Look for the release in July 2020.

Just finished book 2 – Cross My Heart.
Thanks for sharing through your writing. Our family is struggling with one member’s out of control addictions, There is great pain, sadness, anger and loss just as you wrote for Ashley. No good ending yet, but we do know that God still loves her and loves us to give us hope & strength for the day.
Dear Susan, I pray that you will lean into God as you walk this difficult path. Sadly, it has been a part of my personal journey. I know the pain and sadness and the loss, and I also know that God has carried me through, one day at a time. He will do the same for you.
Thank you for your news! I love your books and always look forward to the new ones.
This is definitely on my list.
May the Lord continue to bless you as you bless many of us!❤️
Cathryn, I’m so glad that you are eagerly awaiting this next book. Thanks for telling me.
I Love the cover, Robin! Looks wonderful!
