So here we go. Another American Idol season, and the last with Simon Cowell as a judge. I have to admit, I'm feeling a bit ambivalent about Season 9. Have I watched one too many seasons or have I simply seen one too many try-out shows where they force us to watch all the tone deaf contestants? Spare me.
In honor of the start of the new season (and because of my fondness for the curmudgeon on the far right of the judging table), I simply must send my blog readers over to a collection on EW of Simon's 12 Meanest Critiques. If you're a fan of the show, you'll get a kick out of these.
