I’m not writing today. I’m not even pretending to write today.
I’m going to the water park with my kids and grandkids (all but the baby). I’m going to go down the new Viper’s Vortex. Here’s the description: "Blast down a four story zoomin’ flume, then take a
whirl into a high velocity vortex into the cool waters below! This
two-person bowl ride is the newest in slide design and technology, and
the first of its kind in Idaho!"
Okay, am I crazy or what? Am I too old for this?
Well, if so, I can always move over to the Endless River. (Round and round, where this river begins or ends nobody knows. This
meandering quarter mile of sparkling blue water offers an afternoon of
lazy rafting with a few surprises just to keep your attention.)
Someone please pray that I don’t hurt something vital. Make that "don’t hurt anything." Period.
