More thanksgiving for November:
I'm grateful for waterfalls, the spray of water drifting through the air, the roaring sound that surrounds it. (Photo of Shoshone Falls on the Snake River in Idaho — it falls farther than Niagara Falls.)
- I'm grateful for the Snake River that winds its way across Southern Idaho. Without it, the high desert would never have come to life, thanks to irrigation, and I probably wouldn't be living in this beautiful place today.
- I'm thankful for foggy November mornings when the entire world seems to be whispering in the misty gray blanket.
And what about you?
