Continuing with words of thanksgiving:
I'm thankful for my large mug of hot chocolate, sitting much to close to my keyboard. Most days I start with hot herbal tea (no calories), but it's only about 27 degrees outside my windows and I felt like spoiling myself with morning chocolate.
- I'm thankful for the people who serve on my prayer team, every week lifting me and my ministry of writing before the Lord in prayer. Some of them have been doing this for over five years now. May God bless them for their faithfulness.
- I'm thankful for the wonderful writers' software program for the Mac, Scrivener. Some writers actually write their books in it, but I compose better in Word. But Scrivener is so awesome for my character information and research. No more piles of paper on my desk when I'm writing my book. Need to see a photo of my character? Open Scrivener and look at that character's card. Want to copy a web page with some great information? Open Scrivener and import it to get an exact copy plus the web page link (should I need to tell a copy editor where I got this info). Love it. Love it.
How about you? What are you thankful for today?
