Tonight, they wasted no time in letting us know that Lil Rounds had made it to the finals. Just as well because I don't think anyone had any doubts about this gal being one of the top vote getters.
A few singers later, we had Kendall and Scott standing together awaiting their fate. I was pretty sure it would be Scott, and I was right. I hope Kendall is brought back as a wild card. There ought to be at least one country girl, shouldn't there?
My money was on Jorge to be the third. They took it down to Jorge and Ju'Not (who both got votes from me last night). And it was Jorge.
Next came the judges' eight picks to try for the three wild card seats. They will perform tomorrow night and the judges will vote for them. Most I'm really happy about (especially Ricky Braddy and Anoop Desai), but I was not happy about Tatiana. Groan! The producers of American Idol and/or the judges need their heads examined. Sorry. It's how I feel. She makes my teeth ache.
The wild card eight are:
Von Smith | Jasmine Murray | Ricky Braddy | Megan Corkrey
Tatiana del Toro | Matt Giraud | Jesse Lanseth | Anoop Desai

See you tomorrow night.
