The big surprise rule change is this: One time (and only one time) during the season, the judges can save someone who is voted off that week. It must be a unanimous decision. However, the next week after a judges’ save two kids will go home. The judges can do this until they’re down to five contestants. (I think I got that right. I was on the cycle and may not have heard right.)
Tonight, there was no save used. Jasmine and Jorge went home. They were two of the four I thought were at risk (and the other two I chose were forced to stand with them, so I guess others thought those four were the at-risk singers, too).
