Okay, it is Tuesday. I haven’t mentioned my addiction to American Idol in a while.
I’ve been so disgusted the past two weeks. First Nadia and then Anwar. Before Scott? Come on, America. Are you deaf? Scott has hit more bad notes in the past four weeks than on-key ones. Sometimes his voice is very good, and he has his moments with the songs he has chosen. But is he "star performer" material (both consistently great voice and real stage presence)? Is he consistently better than Nadia Turner was or Anwar was? Not! He should have been gone long before those two (and a few others). Besides that, he’s been so uppity the last two weeks when talking to the judges that I think he needs some lessons in manners.
I’m hoping Carrie will go all the way. But Vonzell has come on like a house afire lately. And Bo? Well, I wouldn’t complain if he lasted to the final three. Constantine has potential to make the final four, but what was with his eyeliner last week? Ugh. Very disturbing look. Don’t go that route again, Constantine.
Not that I have an opinion, of course. (LOL)
