Today I'm thankful to God:
… for the wisdom and faith and service and example of Abraham Lincoln, the President who I (and countless others) consider the greatest president. Happy Birthday, Mr. President.
- … for the Psalms, which have taught and which continue to teach me how to pray honestly and openly.
- … for the spring-like weather that is blessing the Pacific NW right now. Not such good news for the Olympics up in British Columbia, but enjoyed nonetheless by the rest of us.
Make me know Your ways, O Lord; Teach me Your paths. Lead me in Your truth and teach me, For You are the God of my salvation; For You I wait all the day. (Psalm 25:4-5)
