… Apple Care. If you ever need your Mac serviced or can't figure something out (most often due to user error or brain-like-a-sieve-syndrome), these guys & gals are the best. And when you call, you actually do get to talk with a real person who listens, explains things clearly, and finds a solution. Amazing!
- … the feel of a baby's downy head as you rub your cheek against it. Nothing else quite like it.
