I’m about 15 minutes away from American Idol featuring “the boys.” But lest I miss a week of giving my opinion, here’s what I thought about last night’s show. There were some okay numbers and there were some dreadful numbers. The okay ones will be forgotten soon enough. The standouts were Katharine and Mandisa. Handsdown, they were the ones to beat, and no one else was even close to them.
