In this morning’s email, I received a graphic summary of the distance I walked in 2013, plus my most and least active days of the week and months of the year. 2013 was my first full year to wear a Fitbit. Considering how very sedentary I am due to living at the computer, I am quite pleased with the results for last year. But I still have plenty of room for improvement.
[color-box]My goal is to walk a minimum of 1,460 miles in a year. Which means last year I was two-thirds of the way to my goal. I’m hoping to “step” that up in 2014.[/color-box]
