It’s almost here! The release of A Bride for All Seasons. In eleven days or less, the book should start shipping from online warehouses and be on bookstore shelves. I am so excited about this release. I love this book. I love all four mail-order bride stories in it, and I believe with all of my heart that readers are going to adore the book too.
I am still hard at work on the revisions of A Promise Kept. As mentioned in an earlier post, I am loving all of the new layering I’m doing in this round of writing. What I’m not loving is the long, long hours spent in my desk chair. I’m walking for close to an hour a day on the treadmill, but still, all the sitting I’m doing the rest of the time is hard on a body. I would switch to my standing desk, but my laptop screen is too small for this kind of work. I need my large (24″) display with Pages open on the left and Scrivener open on the right. And so here I sit and here I will be sitting for several more days to come. The clock is ticking. The deadline for the completed revisions is almost upon me.
Speaking of deadlines, I was doing some clean-up work and came across an old graphic I picked up some years ago. It gave me a chuckle, so I thought I should share it with my blog friends to see if you might laugh too.
