Hey, blog friends. I totally forgot to share with you that The Perfect Life is #11 on the Christian Bookseller Association's October fiction bestseller list (for sales in August). Here's a link for the list:
I was truly delighted to see this happen. The book has been out since mid-February, and seeing a sales bump after six months was a treat. Most of the time, we authors know nothing about how a book is doing in the marketplace for months and sometimes for years (as I experienced in the general market).
I've had some wonderful feedback from readers for this Women of Faith novel. It will be my last contemporary women's fiction for two or three years, so I'm glad the book has been a hit with readers.
